Ted Turner can’t make up his mind about the GWOT

Ted Turner says he is disturbed by the attitude of “you’re either with us or against us” in the war on terror because he “hasn’t made his mind up yet”. Terrorism has killed thousands of innocent bystanders in the past few decades, and Ted can’t decide if he’s against it?

I don’t think he is referring to the “war on terror”, I think he is specifically referring to the War in Iraq. Two different things.

I just popped in, saw this and am glad you pointed that out GRR (I think that video was very clear that he ment the Iraq War). John, did you really think he was talking about “terrorism” and not very specifically the “Iraq War”???

Everyday on the radio and TV I hear conservatives making up stories about the supposed beliefs of liberals (or horribly distorting them) from being “Stalinists” from Limbaugh, to being “Facists” from ORielly, to wanting the US to lose to the terrorists, to liberals wanting to raise taxes by 58%. Its depressing because anyone that talks that way has no intrest in anything other than winning at any cost. I could never sell my soul that way.

Maybe that is why the Dems took control of both the House and Senate with almost all polls on everything showing America trusts the Dems way more than the Reps. Lets hope the Dems do a better job than the Reps.
