O’Connor out.

Sandra Day O’Connor announced her resignation from the Supreme Court today. I’m looking forward to watching this political fight. I predict that the Democrats will waste no time pulling out the old ‘extreme circumstances” move if anyone to the right of O’Connor is nominated. Personally, I’d love to see another justice like Antonin Scalia who knows his real job description, unlike some of the other clowns on the SC. If a highly qualified judge with majority support gets filibustered again by the Dems claiming “extreme circumstances”, the Republicans should pull the trigger on the nuclear option this time, if they have the guts to do so.

Jabba the Kennedy was quick to start the attack:

“If the president nominates someone who threatens to roll back the rights and freedom of the American people, the American people will insist we oppose that nominee, and we will do so,” the Massachusetts lawmaker said.

Kennedy makes me sick.

Empty seat at SCOTUS - O’Conner retires

And the war is joined. Two immensely powerful forces meet in the political equivalent of toe to toe nuclear combat to fill the seat. What great entertainment this will be. Warning: Don’t misunderestimate the Chimpster, again.

what is your problem with the senator from chappaquiddick?
the senator from chappaquiddick has the same rights and responsibilities as every/any other senator.
the senator from chappaquiddick was/has been repeatedly re-elected to his position as senator from chappaquiddick.
so……what is your problem with the senator from chappaquiddick?

Kennedy reminds me of an evil political character in a novel. One that is so transparent you have a hard time believing the people wouldn’t see through him in real life.

I agree… If I were a senator, I think i’d have a hard time not laughing at him whenever he spoke. Just can’t take him seriously.

    Kennedy…good one guys.

I have a great book that you “rightys” should read. It is written by someone who was like many of you, but on the inside and saw how everything worked and was responsible for many of the views you currently hold on “liberals”, the Clintons, Rush Limbagh, Newt Gingrich, ect…

The book is not pro right or pro left at all, but instead is an apology for the things he did while working for the “right” and a DETAILED history of how the right works and has worked since the 60’s. He was knee deep in all the things said about the Clintons and Anita Hill, ect ect.

If you guys would like to know where these views come from, which ones are completely fabricated in an attempt to attack the “left”, how they were manufactured and why; this book would be very educational for you.
If you all are very secure in all your “possitive”, “optomistic” views in blaming and hating the “left”, you will have no problem reading the history of your views:
